I also liked hearing your thoughts about the Queen. Your recognition of her as an extraordinary woman and a psychic focus and not just for us in the UK, reminds me of what Macron the French president said when she died. ‘To you she was your queen, to us she was The Queen’. But as someone who is still here in blighty I would challenge your view on Charles as King. Although I am also conflicted about the continuation of the monarchy I think he is a serious person and seems to be managing to navigate his humanness and the heavy weight of the Crown. People seem to appreciate him and also Camilla as queen. And what is great and surprising is that the British press seem to be leaving them alone to get on with the job.
I love this Robbie. I’m so touched by the personal reflections. And I love the good news. I’m so happy that you now have more energy for this podcast. It is important. It’s needed. And it’s fantastic to see you ‘embrace your grandiosity’. You are so grounded and gnarly that it’s easy to love it when you are being audacious. I want more people to hear your podcast and I’m excited to hear about your future projects.
